Refund Policy – Physical Products (Clothing & Books)
You may return eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
To qualify for a return:
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
– Proof of purchase is required
– Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
To initiate a return, email support@littlebluespruce.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Refund Policy – Supplements
Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of supplements, all sales are final. This policy aligns with FDA regulations and industry best practices to ensure product safety and integrity.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for supplements that have been opened, tampered with, or removed from original packaging—even if unused.
Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@littlebluespruce.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate your case and offer a replacement if appropriate.
Digital Products – Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly after checkout via your confirmation email and order page.
Please note:
– All digital sales are final and non-refundable
– You’ll receive immediate access to your downloads
– Ensure your email address is correct at checkout
If you encounter issues with access, corrupted files, or broken links, contact us at support@littlebluespruce.com within 7 days of purchase.
Digital Deletion Requests: If you would like your digital access removed from our servers (for privacy or data concerns), email us and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Note: we cannot remove a file from your personal device once downloaded.
